As a key contributor, you will define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives that encompass business, operational, and technology deliverables. * Define, plan, orchestrate, and deliver strategic initiatives, including business, operational, and information technology components.

* Ensure project outcomes are of the highest quality, with clearly articulated scope and measurable business benefits.

* Direct large-scale, complex projects, often involving multiple internal and external stakeholders and partners.

* Manage all aspects of the project life cycle, overseeing all phases from initiation to closure.

* Rigorously manage project scope to ensure commitments are met within agreed-upon time, cost, and quality parameters.

* Validate financial forecasts and cost assumptions, providing ongoing reconciliation of resources and project expenditures.

* Collaborate with resource managers to accurately forecast resource capacity and reconcile actual time spent against forecasts.

* Define and track project milestones, developing, maintaining, and reporting on an integrated delivery plan.

* Proactively manage project-level risks and interdependencies, addressing issues effectively.

* Partner with product owners and scrum masters to track Agile development milestones and support Agile practices.

* Cultivate strong team relationships to ensure effective project delivery.

* Facilitate problem-solving and resolve stakeholder conflicts efficiently.

* Mentor and coach team members, removing roadblocks to drive project execution.

**What You Bring (Must-Have Qualifications):**

* 8+ years of comprehensive project management experience, leading multiple large, complex, and cross-functional projects, with a strong focus on product development, systems, and technical environments.

* 8+ years of hands-on experience with industry-standard project management tools and artifacts, including project budgets, change requests, and status reports.

* Demonstrated ability to mobilize and motivate teams, set clear direction, resolve conflicts, and deliver challenging messages with grace.

* Proven experience and deep understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.

* Ability to quickly build rapport and earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders.

* Applied experience in establishing and successfully delivering complex projects.

* BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional experience.

* Experience managing projects focused on the rollout of new technologies and software.

* A background in data, including a foundational understanding of data development processes and demonstrated experience partnering with data engineering, analytics, or governance teams.

* Exceptional ability to build strong partnerships and trust with stakeholders.

* Adept at navigating highly matrixed organizations and thriving in a collaborative culture.

* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and precisely at all levels.

* Demonstrated sound business and technical acumen.

* A focused and versatile team player who performs well under pressure.

* Deep understanding of cross-functional dependencies and their impact on project execution.

* Expertise with financial data and the technology, tools, and processes that support projects and programs.

* Expert understanding of various software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.

* Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* Ability to execute effectively with limited information and in ambiguous situations.

**What Sets You Apart (Nice-to-Have Qualifications):**

* Experience as a Release Train Engineer.

* Experience with scaled agile methodologies.

* Background or experience within the financial services industry.

* PMP or PMI-ACP certification.

* Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and key AI concepts.
