We are looking for a business systems analyst to join one of our largest clients! This BSA will be working on an integrations and ERP connectivity team so experience with ERP's and API's are a must. This BSA will provide solutions for IT and business on applying technology to business opportunities planning and implementation of cross-functional applications. They will participate in identifying evaluating and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements. As well as monitor client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications and enhanced system productivity as needed. Additional Skills & Qualifications Analyzes defines and documents clients requirements and revises existing systems logic challenges as necessary. Qualifications 5-8+ years BA experience preferably with APIs, ERPs, or Embedded Systems. Hands-on with payments & reporting standards Experience with ERP connectors (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and middleware (FISPAN/Koxa) or bank connectivity platforms. Strong process modeling, sequence diagrams, data mapping Strong documentation skills and clear requirement writing (Or leveraging AI to do so). Proficiency in Jira/Confluence, writing acceptance criteria (Gherkin preferred), and maintaining traceability. Comfort with API concepts (REST, webhooks, idempotency, retries) and file gateways (SFTP, scheduled jobs). This role is in Pittsburgh, PA and will require candidates to go onsite at least 3 days a week. Must be able to work W2 as we cannot sponsor for this position. Interested in learning more? Apply now!
