From your PASSION to ours Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Inventory Procurement Specialist based in Londonderry, NH. As a Inventory Procurement Specialist, the role will carry out responsibilities such as but not limited to provide support to the maintenance department and other industrial groups, with primary focus on spare parts purchasing and inventory management . The role includes support for teams in the area of spare parts receiving, work control management, and performance of physical inventory. KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES *\tResponsible for all aspects of food safety and quality as defined in plant and department procedures. *\tPerform primary function as stockroom spare parts purchaser. *\tGenerate spare parts purchase requisitions for system auto reorders in CMMS *\tManage auto reorder, direct material, and service requisitions to include requesting quotes and moving through the approval process. *\tGenerate spare parts and service purchase orders in SAP. *\tManage parts and service purchase orders in SAP and send them out to suppliers. *\tCreate and manage yearly purchase orders for various maintenance related service agreements, contract, equipment leases, services, and vendor managed inventories. *\tSubmit Good Receipts for purchase orders as required. *\tProvide customer support to various groups that utilize the stockroom. *\tManage accounting requests to resolve issues with purchase orders and associated invoicing. *\tManage spare parts data in CMMS, to include stocking level, manufacturer and supplier information. *\tMaintain high proficiency in the stockroom parts receiving process. *\tMaintain high proficiency in the work order management process in CMMS. *\tAttend maintenance budget meetings when necessary and provide reporting as requested. *\tPerform periodic spare parts physical inventory as part of a team effort. *\tCreate stockroom SOPs and other training guides as required. *\tSupport stockroom improvement projects and initiatives. WORK CONDITIONS *\tExtended hours may be necessary depending on the project needs. *\tTo fulfill these responsibilities, tools such as a computer, phone or, and will be provided. *\tThis position requires physical presence in the Londonderry plant. QUALIFICATIONS Education High school's diploma is required. Experience 2+ years stockroom management experience is preferred. 1+ years electronic inventory program experience is preferred. Experience working in industrial/manufacturing environment is preferred. Specific knowledge Knowledge in SAP Purchasing and inventory processes are preferred.
