We're looking for a visionary Senior Vice President of Medical Services to lead our managed care strategy and elevate medical management across divisions like Medical Bill Review, Utilization Management, Physician Review Services, and Case Management.

This role is all about strategic leadership, payer partnerships, and driving value-based care innovation. You'll collaborate with finance, clinical leadership, and operations while shaping reimbursement strategies that fuel growth and quality outcomes.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with:
10+ years of managed care leadership experience
A proven ability to build relationships and negotiate contracts
Expertise in leading financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting

  • Oversee critical medical management divisions - Medical Bill Review and Network Operations, Utilization Management, Physician Review Services, Case Management
  • Develop and execute the enterprise managed care strategy, aligning with organizational growth, margin and value-based program objectives
  • Onboard and manage business partner negotiations, contracts, pricing, clinical intervention, quality performance, financial stability
  • Assess market trends, payer strategies, regulatory changes and competitive dynamics
  • Lead long-term financial planning encompassing budget and forecast initiatives
  • Participation in company, industry, conference events
  • Collaborate with sales team on RFP submissions including pricing
  • Participation in prospective and marketed renewal presentations
  • Acts as advisor to client services on medical management programs, questions and concerns
  • Keeps senior management informed verbally of activities and problems within assigned area of responsibility
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct.

  • College Degree preferred or education equivalent to a college degree. Or industry work related experience.
  • Ten (10) or more years of managed care experience, including clinical, supervisory and/or management experience.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of collaboration, judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of providing adequate guidance and support on administrative, clinical and technical managed care programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the work of others.
  • Demonstrates effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills, and promotes a favorable company image to the public.
  • Upholds the RESTORE values
  • Upholds the Crawford Code of Conduct
  • Travel as needed
  • Must complete all mandatory training as outlined by company
