Position Summary:

St. Louis CITY is seeking a part-time stage manager for the 2026 MLS and MLSNextPro seasons to support matchday activations and special events at Energizer Park.

This role will assist with the execution of live programming and entertainment elements on CITY and CITY2 matchdays, ensuring all on-field and in-stadium activations run smoothly and on schedule.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for outside vendors, talent, and special guests on matchdays
  • Coordinate with talent and guests to ensure timely arrival, setup, and performance readiness
  • Work closely with production and technical vendors to manage audio, staging, and other live production needs
  • Support the in-stadium host with all live hits during pre-match, halftime, and post-match programming
  • Maintain and execute the matchday run of show, keeping all live hits and features on track and on time
  • Other duties as assigned



Requirements:


  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Ability to work outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions
  • Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays in support of matches and events
