Essential Functions & Responsibilities Director, Data Engineering The Director, Data Engineering, reporting to the VP, Digital, Data & AI will enable the continued growth and success of the enterprise by delivering a scalable, secure, and well-governed data ecosystem. This role is accountable for data engineering delivery, data architecture, data quality, and cloud data platforms that support enterprise analytics, AI, and reporting capabilities. The Director will lead multiple teams and/or managers and operate effectively in a matrixed, agile environment, partnering closely with business and IT leaders to translate enterprise strategy into scalable, reliable data capabilities. This role will work across business leaders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to drive data architecture, master data management (MDM), data governance, and cloud platform strategy and operations. In addition to strategic initiatives, the Director will own oversight of Business as Usual (BAU) data operations, ensuring platform stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Education - Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field (required) Experience
