POSITION TITLE: Summer 2026 Intern - Business Process, Global Business Growth and Automation

LOCATION: NYC office
12-week Summer Internship, between May - September 2026

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION:
As part of the Global Business Growth & Automation (GBGA) team, we are at the forefront of innovation within Salesforce. We partner with our internal product, business technology, sales, and revenue teams to deliver cutting-edge tools and platforms for Salesforce employees. We are an agent-first organization, using our own technology to augment our workforce with autonomous agents. We work deeply within the Salesforce platform to ensure that we are Customer Zero, making the most of the Salesforce platform by rapidly launching new features to our employee base as they are released.

TEAM DESCRIPTION:
Join a high-impact team dedicated to revolutionizing the Seller Experience. We represent the "Sales Lens" on major technical projects, ensuring that the technology we deliver actually owns and simplifies the process for our Sales teams. We bridge the gap between business vision and technical execution, partnering with Digital Enterprise Technology (DET) teams to build the future of Opportunity Management and Forecasting.
A successful candidate will have a relentless curiosity and a passion for creating innovative analysis, and the flexibility to identify and execute on opportunities. An ideal candidate will also be comfortable working with technical stakeholders, must be a team player, able to manage multiple priorities, and deal with ambiguity.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support for market research, relevant industry use cases, and impact analysis for GBGA
  • Help facilitate the discovery process to uncover customer pain points and align solutions with their business objectives.
  • Ensure ongoing evaluation of key metrics
  • Support enablement activities related to utilization of feature(s)
  • Support project management tasks related to scheduling, agenda setting, and confirming action items

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree, graduating Dec 2026, or Spring 2027
  • Strong communication skills: verbally, written, and in presentation format
  • Strong collaboration and teaming capabilities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision whilst producing tangible results
  • Detail-Oriented: take pride in documentation, decision-tracking, and process guidelines.
  • Collaborative: a team player who thrives in cross-functional "knowledge sharing."
  • Curious: An interest in AI and how it can be applied to sales automation is a significant advantage.
  • Quantitative mindset and enjoy reporting/forecasting numbers.
  • Experience in Lucid Chart or other processing mapping tools a plus
  • Agent experience a plus
