  • Skills: Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Surgical Intensive Care Unit, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Management of patient with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), Post Cardiac Surgery (Not directly from the OR), GI surgery, Blood Product Administration, Central line care/management, Sheath Removal, Titrate Vasoactive drips, Chronic/Acute Renal failure, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, IV insulin protocols, Arterial line management, Accessing/Managing Ports, PICC line management, Titrate Cardiac drips, External ventricular drain (EVD), ICP monitoring, CVA/Acute Stroke management, Assist with management of BiPAP, Starting and maintaining IVs, Continuous IV sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Spinal cord injury, Post Neurosurgery management, Assist with Chest Tube Insertion/Removal, Care of Ventilated Patient, Assist with management of CPAP, Surgical Wounds with drains/Wound Vac, Suctioning (ETT, NT), Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (ABGs), Phlebotomy, Infection Prevention, Ventilator Management, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD), CVVHD/CRRT, Hypothermia protocol/Arctic Sun
