JOB DESCRIPTION:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Provides oversight to the program. Ensures good program outcomes by providing training, supervision, and by working side-by-side with direct reports. Monitors outcomes with monthly audits and implements quality improvement plans. Acts as a liaison to other departments and agencies. Responsible for hiring and training of new staff.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hires, trains, and evaluates staff. Develops expectations for team.
  • Attends monthly meetings to enhance integrated services.
  • May conduct weekly group supervision.
  • Provides individual supervision for direct reports. Supervision includes some office-based sessions, as well working side-by-side with specialists. Provides frequent (weekly or every other week) field mentoring for new hires.
  • Collects client outcomes on a monthly basis. Shares outcomes for the program with the team each quarter. Helps team members set goals for improvement. Reviews individual outcomes with each practitioner and develops written plans for improvement. Helps specialists refine their skills so they can improve outcomes.
  • Arranges for fidelity reviews. Assists with the development of fidelity action plans based on recommendations from the fidelity report.
  • Maintain necessary communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as approved by client.
  • Maintain timely/accurate clinical records in accordance with organization policies.
  • Maintain effective relationships with Community.
  • May Participate in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or health related field required. Master's degree is preferred.

Years of Experience

  • One year of relevant experience is required.
  • Experience working in a behavioral health care environment with adults with mental illness is highly desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

$46,000.00--$64,470.00
