Position Summary

Odyssey is seeking a full time, motivated, organized, solution-focused individual to join a small, dynamic, high-functioning Team. Seeking someone with a positive, collaborative 'make things happen' attitude, that is focused on creating and implementing win-win solutions for effective execution of a portfolio of programs. The individual will interface with all levels of Odyssey personnel to ensure successful office execution.

This is a full-time role, in Colorado Springs, CO.



Responsibilities

Duties include, but not limited to:

    Staff the front desk for the facility; sign visitors in and out
  • Manage operation of an Odyssey field office, ensuring effective use of space and resources
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with Property Management office and staff, internal customers, visitors
  • Retrieve mail and packages from the mail room; distribute incoming mail; prepare outbound mail
  • Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly
  • Independently document, manage and implement effective, repeatable processes
  • Manage and facilitate a repeatable cadence of meetings to ensure regular, transparent exchange of information and materials between key players
  • Track, organize and manage actions to successful closure
  • Manage office supply ordering
  • Coordinate event activity, ex: participation, agenda and presentation material development, for All-Hands and other leadership presentations
  • Consolidate and author elements of employee and program communications, such as corporate social posts, employee recognition correspondence, newsletters
  • Coordinate office visits and provide entry as you meet and greet visitors
  • Maintain calendars for conf rooms, schedule meetings and make conference room arrangements
  • Ensure S&MD shared drive complies with data management plan; updating plan as required


Qualifications

Citizenship: Must be a US citizen

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education: Associate's Degree

Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Other Qualifications:

  • Must possess strong customer service and communication skills
  • Organization and the ability to multitask to complete a wide variety of tasks
  • Experience managing several projects simultaneously to completion
  • Ability to learn new concepts and programs.
  • Experience using Microsoft platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Other Qualifications: Previous experience working in a corporate or government office

Additional Information

Location: Work is performed onsite at Colorado Springs Corporate Office (565 Space Center Drive)

Travel: No travel is expected in this position

Hybrid: Telework up to two days a week (Monday and/or Friday)

Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as the Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
