The Systems Integration Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration and deployment of advanced technologies. They will work closely with a dynamic team, leveraging their expertise to enhance the company's systems and processes. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge projects and drive innovation within the organization. Lead and manage complex system integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes. Configure and deploy airframe, RAID, and SSD systems, optimizing performance and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software components effectively. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, providing timely solutions and maintaining system stability. Develop and implement integration strategies, considering scalability and future expansion. Document and maintain integration processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, contributing to the company's technological advancement. Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You have: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in system integration, with a focus on airframe, RAID, and SSD technologies. Expertise in configuring and deploying advanced hardware and software solutions. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate complex projects. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving critical issues. Proficiency in scripting and programming languages for automation and integration. Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in system integration. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement. Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies and a passion for innovation. It would be nice if you also had: Prior experience with telecom industry.
