Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking a detailoriented Production Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for soldering electronic components, inspecting printed circuit boards (PCBs) for quality, and performing additional tasks according to detailed work instructions. The ideal candidate has strong handson skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with electronics or PCB assembly. Key Responsibilities Solder electronic components onto PCB assemblies using proper soldering techniques (hand soldering and/or rework as required). Inspect PCB boards for quality, ensuring components, solder joints, and assembly features meet company standards and industry requirements. Identify and correct defects such as cold solder joints, misaligned components, or insufficient solder. Perform tasks according to work instructions, assembly drawings, and process guidelines. Apply additional requirements to PCB assemblies, which may include cleaning, labeling, conformal coating, or hardware installation. Use inspection tools such as magnifiers, microscopes, or multimeters to verify assembly accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols. Actively work on all other test production needs to complete(Example, pressure testing sensors, final test on PCB boards). QualificationsQualifications Experience with hand soldering of throughhole and/or surfacemount components (SMT). Knowledge of PCB inspection standards Ability to read and interpret work instructions, schematics, and assembly drawings. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components. Manual dexterity and steady handeye coordination. Previous experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly is a plus.
