Responsibilities As a Senior UX Researcher, you will drive human-centered strategy, set product direction, and contribute directly to ongoing product development by integrating insights into human behaviors, attitudes, practices, and norms. Working with product partners, you will drive short and long-term research plans to fill in knowledge gaps, prioritize inclusion, identify risks, inform product decisions, and conduct analyses to distill quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights that represent the voice of the customer. This opportunity will allow you to draw from diverse and inclusive methodologies spanning from generative to evaluative to predictive to support product innovation and iteration.

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
