This position is located at our College Ave Main Campus, has a dayshift schedule of Monday to Thursday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and starts at $30.17 per hour.

The Early Supports for Infants and Toddler (ESIT) Referral /Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) Coordinator's overall responsibility is to assist families to receive coordinated, responsive, timely ESIT and ABCD referrals in accordance with contractual timelines and requirements. Assures that families who have children with disabilities or developmental delays receive quality family resource coordination in accordance with their rights and procedural safeguards under Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
This position provides program coordination for implementation of the Access to Baby and Child Dentistry (ABCD) Program. They work with the dental community, ARCORA foundation, and other healthcare providers and community partners to increase the understanding of the importance of oral health and its impact on overall population health and collaborate with the ABCD Dentist Champion to recruit and train ABCD providers.
Some Essential Functions Include:
- Processes ESIT and ABCD referrals, ensuring timeliness, family choice, and program standards.
- Communicates with families to obtain needed information, explain ESIT/ABCD eligibility, and determine provider preferences.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for referral sources (hospitals, medical providers, social service agencies) and maintains those relationships.
- Assigns Family Resource Coordinators (FRCs) in the ESIT Data Management System and ensures timely communication to contracted ESIT providers.
