The VDC Support Analyst is responsible for managing high-priority vehicle damage claims and optimizing billing and collection outcomes through data-driven decision making. This role goes beyond execution. Success requires the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and proactively uncover opportunities to improve claim quality, increase recoveries, and reduce disputes.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data to solve problems, influence stakeholders, and drive measurable business impact.

WhatYou'llDo:

  • Analyze claim data, dashboards, and reporting tools to identify trends, gaps, and incremental billing opportunities
  • Identify missing First Notice of Loss opportunities through data review and coordinate with operations to resolve documentation gaps
  • Use data insights to influence operational behavior and drive improvements in damage identification and claim accuracy
  • Translate analytics into actionable recommendations that improve billing dollars, net collections, and overall claim outcomes
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics at the location and regional level, driving accountability through data transparency
  • Train and support field teams on the Damage Management Portal with a focus on improving data quality and reducing unallocated damages
  • Investigate complex claims using multiple data sources (systems, video, operational input) to accurately attribute liability
  • Partner cross-functionally (operations, finance, legal, IT, analytics teams) to improve processes and standardize best practices
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending scalable, data-backed solutions

WhatWe'reLooking For:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in claims, analytics, finance, or a data-driven operational role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions
  • Experience working with dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including data manipulation, analysis, and reporting)
  • Basic proficiency in SQL for querying data from relational databases
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to turn data into clear insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, investigative approach
  • Ability to balance data analysis with execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and with teams
