Description

    Supporting project scheduling across both government and sub-contracting teams who collaborate on multiple simultaneous projects/efforts that are underway or projected for United States Space Command (USSPACECOM) command and control facilities
  • Collaborating with IT teams and government representatives, tracking hardware, testing equipment and software, ensuring precise lifecycle and awareness of critical dates to avoid loss of use or access to critical systems

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience managing Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) or similar scheduling product
  • 1-2 years experience in building/maintaining equipment configurations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and other Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Ability to schedule meetings and collaborate with stakeholders utilizing Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to clearly communicate, detail oriented, highly organized
  • Ability to rapidly switch between multiple tasks from different stakeholders/competing priorities and delivering products with short suspense deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track, recommend, and implement resolutions to issues
  • Ability to build good relationships with peers, business partners, and clients


Desired Skills

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline
  • JIRA/Confluence/Agile experience
  • SCRUM Certified
  • Lean Six Sigma Certified
  • Working knowledge of Access and Configuration Management Databases
  • Knowledge of GEIA-HB-649A

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TOP SECRET LEVEL WITH TOP SECRET/ SCI ELIGIBILITY



Travel Requirements

  • Commute consist of local travel between Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB and other location within a 20 mile radius
