Position Title: Machine Shop Operator

Machine Shop Operator Responsibilities: - Operate CNC latches, CNC mills, and various machines in machine shop - Inspect parts to help with the efficiency of production - Work from part drawings, specification and machine shop instructions Requirements for Machine Shop Operator: - Ability to adapt to new equipment, technology and workspace - Ability to see quality flaws and problems - Excellent communication skills - Quick learner, eager to further knowledge and skills - Responsible, dependable, punctual and accountable - Ability to stand for eight hours a day - Ability to pick up and move parts up to 20 pounds constantly for eight hours a day - Ability to pick up to 50 pounds occasionally for an eight-hour day QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
