Mold Operator Responsibilities: - Operate injection molding machines according to work instructions and production schedules - Load and unload parts from molds and machines - Perform visual and basic dimensional inspections to ensure product quality - Identify and report defects, machine issues, or material concerns to the supervisor - Complete required production and quality documentation accurately - Perform basic machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting as trained - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies - Assist with material handling and packaging of finished products as needed Requirements for Mold Operator: - Previous manufacturing or molding experience preferred - Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to read work instructions and follow quality standards - Strong attendance and reliability - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Ability to lift up to 15-30lbs as needed - Ability to frequently stand, bend and reach - Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with machines and noise IND010 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
