Ballard Spahr LLP seeks to hire a Project Assistant for the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac Housing Finance practice group in the Washington, D.C. office. The project assistant will collaborate with lawyers, legal administrative assistants, paralegals, closing coordinators, and legal support assistants within the practice group to provide timely, high-quality support. Required Experience: Requirements include a 2-year college degree or relevant work experience as a legal administrative assistant or closing coordinator, preferably with a title company, mortgage company, law firm or other firm providing services to borrowers, lenders, or mortgage companies. An intermediate level with Microsoft Office, document management, and time keeping systems is required. The salary range for this position is from $55,000 - $65,000, which reflects the Firm's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
