The Office of Academic Affairs: The Office of Academic Affairs provides oversight of the education curriculum and enables the success of students and faculty in teaching and learning, research, and creative expression. The Opportunity: The Office Support Assistant serves as the primary assistant/receptionist for the College of Medicine Faculty and Academic Affairs office suite in the College of Medicine Building. In addition, the Office Support Assistant performs various general office support duties. Duties include data entry, mail handling, filing, composing routine correspondence, answering phones, greeting visitors, scheduling, and arranging simple events. This position reports to the Director for Academic Affairs. Applicant must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer, as sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
