YOUR OPPORTUNITY


We have an exciting Sales Replenishment Manager opportunity in our Northwest Arkansas office. In this highly impactful role, you will be a key member of the sales team. The Sales Replenishment Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and ensure product availability for Walmart and Sam's Club. This role combines advanced analytics with strategic collaboration to influence decisions that directly impact revenue and customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Walmart & Seaboard replenishment teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and address supply chain challenges, ensuring customers find the products they need.
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards in collaboration with the Walmart and Sam's Club teams that provide visibility into sales performance, in-stock rates, and OTIF compliance.
  • Leverage Retail Link data to forecast demand and identify opportunities to improve inventory turnover, reduce markdown risk, and maximize revenue.
  • Deliver weekly performance reports with actionable recommendations that support sales objectives and enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with internal sales leadership to translate insights into strategies that drive category growth and profitability.
  • Supporting sales Presentations and Product Cuttings/Shows for Walmart and Sam's Club

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required or preferred. Required:



  • Minimum 2-5 Years' experience selling value-added and branded pork in the retail channel.
  • Advanced proficiency in Retail Link (Scintilla reporting, Nova, IDM, Supplier 1; ProSpec preferred
  • Expert-level skills in Excel and Microsoft platforms; ability to design scalable reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to influence business decisions through data storytelling.



Preferred:



  • Bachelor's degree in business or AG business, master's degree a plus
  • High level of fresh meat and further processed knowledge




SCHEDULE



  • Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM, potential for travel & different hours based off needs of business
