Senior Systems Analyst What We Are Seeking We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst to provide advanced system support, lead complex initiatives, and serve as a technical partner to business and IT stakeholders. This role plays a key part in system design, strategic alignment, vendor coordination, and mentoring while ensuring enterprise systems effectively support business operations. Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $110,000-$1150,000 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 16, with a full pay range of $94,810.51 to $150,352.02. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 5% of our annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Advanced System Support & Leadership
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system, application, and integration issues.
- Design, implement, and optimize system enhancements and new solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned applications and platforms.
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance.
Analysis, Design & Documentation
- Lead analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design system architectures, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop detailed system specifications to guide development and configuration.
- Oversee testing strategies to validate system functionality and performance.
- Maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Business Partnership & Communication
- Partner with business leaders to understand operational needs and recommend system solutions.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead system-related projects from concept through deployment.
- Assess technical, operational, and financial feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Create prototypes or models to gather stakeholder feedback.
- Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout project execution.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business needs.
Post-Deployment & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Lead post-deployment support, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and support Systems Analysts and other team members.
What You'll Need (Qualifications)
- 8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a related senior-level role.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP systems, and integrations.
- Strong expertise in system analysis, design, and troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience with ERP systems across core business areas:
- Operations & Manufacturing
- Accounting
- Distribution
- Planning
- Warehouse
- Transportation
- Orchestrations & EDI
- Advanced experience with RF scanning systems, barcode label printing solutions, WMS, TMS, and reporting platforms.
- Advanced experience with OMW and Web OMW.
- Strong SQL development and reporting experience.
- Experience working with DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and mentor others.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2, including advanced configuration and solution delivery within:
- Operations, Manufacturing, Costing, Demand Planning, Production Scheduling
- Inventory, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Orchestrations, Distribution
- Advanced experience supporting RF Smart and NiceLabel.
- Experience with Insight, Microsoft Power BI, Board CPM, WMS, and TMS systems.
- Experience leading EDI and SFTP integrations with third-party vendors.
- Experience working within an AS400 / iSeries environment.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Primarily a hybrid office working environment (3 days in office in Eden Prairie, 2 days remote)
- May require occasional travel for professional development, vendor meetings, or company meetings.
