The Office Services Assistant II is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Dallas office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace experience for all employees. The position plays a key part in maintaining office services, responding to staff needs, and contributing to the overall success of the company by fostering a productive and welcoming environment.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

  • Providing reception services, such as answering phones, greeting guests, and managing incoming mail and deliveries
  • Managing office supply inventory and restocking as needed
  • Responding to help desk tickets for office services, including repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinating seating allocations and maintaining accurate records of office assignments
  • Supporting event scheduling and meeting room calendar coordination
  • Collaborating with team members to resolve office-related requests and maintain a positive workplace atmosphere

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Outlook, Word)
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel
