Job Summary: TheRoute Planner & Analystisresponsible fordeveloping efficient route plans for restaurant bulk oil deliveriesusing routing software.This position willidentifyand ensure Restaurant Technology's assets and drivers areutilizedto maximize efficiency and provide on-time delivery.This is a customer-focused position requiring professionalism, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and schedule flexibility. Location * Fully remote(Must reside within the continental United States) Compensation: $28 per hour w/ $2 per hour shift differential for hours worked on weekend Travel * Minimal travel to headquarters in Minnesota for team meetings and activities * Occasional travel to depots as needed Schedule * Tuesday through Saturday * 8-hour shifts * Start time between 6:00 AM - 7:00 AM CST (to be discussed during the interview process) * On-call coverage required 1-2 evenings per week; typically minimal activity Primary Job Accountabilities: Review previous day's routes and communicate any issues to local depot management Locate and resolve any missingor incorrect delivery invoices Resolve incorrectcustomer data through analysis Set up and apply routing parameters for new customers Resolve any depot distribution discrepancies Follows up on customer data issues to ensure they are being addressed Communicate effectively with field management to ensure markets distribution needs are being met Utilize routing software togenerate efficient route plans Work alongside IT to ensure system is working properly Analyze trends and past performance to improve process and gain efficiencies Minimum Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines Flexibility to assist with PTO coverage Preferred Qualifications: Technical or bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field Experience with routing software (ORTEC, Oracle) CRM experience, preferably Salesforce 2-5 years of data analysis and/or order processing experience #LI-AL1 Inclusive Employer At Restaurant Technologies, we celebrate diversity, believe in equity, and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees; we're proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
