Key Responsibilities -Support KPIs plant governance (action plans) -Lead Obeya governance -Follow up any special project (NPI, transference, footprint -Assesses current business performance and translates best practices into daily operations to achieve organizational objectives. -Long-term focus on identifying operational gaps and executing improvement strategies to resolve issues. Establishes and implements improvement plans and monitors current behavior to ensure plans are used correctly and effectively. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering - 3+ years of experience in program management - Operational knowledge - Understanding production workflows and assembly line design. -Leadership and communication ability at all levels Requirements of the Position: Education and number of years' experience; add other key skills required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering - 3+ years of experience in program management - Operational knowledge - Understanding production workflows and assembly line design. -Leadership and communication ability at all levels English > 80 %.
