Administrative Assistant


Looking to make an impact in plant operations and safety? This part-time Systems Management Admin role supports the Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSH&E) department by helping monitor and maintain operational controls and compliance. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping processes running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced industrial environment.


Job Duties & Responsibilities:



  • Track and maintain performance of operations management systems.
  • Assist with internal audits and assessments (work permits, regulatory compliance).
  • Collect and manage SSH&E data for month-end reporting.
  • Administer training records and the Task Responsibility Tracker (TRT).
  • Facilitate site OIMS stewardship meetings and support system reviews.
  • Identify gaps and help maintain internal compliance plans.
  • Verify employee participation in Business Practice Reviews.
  • Support general and mandatory training programs (WebCAT).
  • Collaborate with other system admins on document retention and filing.
  • Participate in operations and controls integrity assessments as needed.


Job Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in an SSH&E field or minimum 5 years of plant experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and concern for accuracy.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple departments.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
