Essential Functions & Responsibilities Director, Integrated Business Planning Arcwood Environmental is seeking a strategic Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to institutionalize, own and drive the integrated business planning process for the enterprise. This role will lead forecasting, demand planning, and network optimization to influence positive financial results for the Company. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role ensures cost-effective short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts while maintaining reliable customer service. By leveraging IT-enabled systems and collaborating with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Logistics, the IBP Director will develop and refine business plans that optimize volume and mix to balance the network efficiently in both steady state and offline assets conditions. As the subject matter expert in demand planning, capacity management, and revenue forecasting, the IBP Director will drive key initiatives, including monthly demand plans, consumption modeling, network strategy optimization, and business integration. This leader will also facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment across teams and supporting executive decision-making. Additionally, this role will lead embedding AI, Generative AI and market as well as competitive intelligence tools to drive improved forecasting accuracy through planning software and advanced data analysis. With direct collaboration across key functions of the enterprise, the IBP Director plays a pivotal role in shaping Arcwood's operational and financial success.
