Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate Analytics Engineer to join our purpose-driven team onsite at our Englewood Cliffs, NJ location. In this role, you'll help transform complex market and competitor data into clear, actionable insights by designing, building, and optimizing advanced data solutions. You'll enhance our data warehouse, promote strong data governance practices across the home appliance sales organization, and collaborate closely with business, product, pricing, and operations teams to prioritize initiatives, improve reporting, and drive measurable business impact and process efficiency.

Responsibilities:



  • Clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency for analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements, designing effective and scalable data models.
  • Analyze sales and operational data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that drive revenue growth, profitability, and process efficiency.
  • Develop predictive models to simulate business strategies and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and interactive reports using data visualization tools to deliver actionable insights to sales teams and leadership.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with infrastructure operations, A&I, and data stewards to maintain smooth data pipelines, resolve data-related issues, and uphold data governance standards.


Qualifications / Education / Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics and/or database engineering.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to identify business needs, analyze data, and develop effective solutions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, with the ability to read and write in Korean.


Recruiting Range
$72,000 - $82,000 USD
