Full Stack Developer - Innovation Team

Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our Innovation Team. This is a hands-on builder role for someone who thrives on delivering tangible results quickly. You'll work across multiple applications and technology stacks, creating solutions that improve both internal operations and client-facing deliverables for federal, state, and commercial customers.

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications from concept to completion, handling frontend, backend, and middleware components
• Build and demonstrate working products for both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Manage multiple concurrent applications across diverse domains including finance, mission systems, and geospatial platforms
• Execute complex SQL queries, create custom table expressions, and generate views for internal and external applications
• Normalize and integrate datasets from third-party sources, creating single source of truth environments
• Modernize legacy applications while maintaining operational continuity
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and database administration processes
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating requirements into working solutions
• Function as a product owner, managing development cycles and delivering demonstrated capabilities
• Adapt quickly to new tools and technologies as the team identifies better solutions

Required Skills/Abilities

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
• Strong experience with C# development
• Advanced SQL skills including complex queries, normalization, and schema design
• Experience with Git version control and Docker containerization
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline implementation
• Database administration experience
• Cloud platform fundamentals (AWS or Azure)
• Experience working in federal or state government environments
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship complete products
• Proven track record working across multiple technology stacks

Nice to Have Skills

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Active security clearance or clearance eligibility
• Experience with product demonstrations and stakeholder presentations
• Background supporting diverse application domains (finance systems, mission applications, geospatial platforms)
• Self-taught developers with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply
