Job Summary:

The Lead Scheduler is the regional accountability point for planning and execution of all telecommunications cabling and infrastructure installations for the Company. This role coordinates complex projects, prevents "technical debt" through proactive planning, and serves as the escalation point for Primavera P6-related needs, ensuring schedules are realistic, compliant, and aligned with field resources. They collaborate with diverse internal teams (Operations, Engineering, QA/QC, etc.) and external counterparts, requiring a deep understanding of the installation process, and ultimately act as the backbone of schedule integrity for their region. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Regional leadership and escalation for all scheduling matters within the assigned area. QA/QC audits, health checks, and governance enforcement across P6 schedules. Mentorship and development of Schedulers in schedule quality and consistency. Cross-project resource forecasting, leveling, and capacity planning. Reporting and data integration between P6, IESOS, and PowerBI. Risk management, TIA/CIA mitigation, and schedule recovery oversight. Continuous improvement through process optimization and automation pilots.

Have proven problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively read, write and give oral presentation(s). Be enthusiastic, passionate, patient and a critical thinker. Education, Certification, License, and Skill Requirements: Must have at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency. 7+ years of scheduling or project management experience, including 5+ years in telecommunications or data center construction. Proficiency in Primavera P6 for resource loading, critical path analysis, and baseline management. Understanding of OSP/ISP cabling, conveyance, and telecom workflows. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multi-project management skills. Effective communicator and mentor with leadership experience. Proficiency in Excel and Power Query for reporting automation. Experience scheduling large-scale projects for major hyperscale data center clients. Integration of P6 data with PowerBI or SQL-based dashboards. Prior hands-on telecom field experience (installer, foreman, or field engineer). Familiarity with SPI, CPI, and earned-value metrics. PMP, PSP, or equivalent certification. Experience developing custom dashboards or schedule-cost automation.
