Job Summary

The Workforce Administration Associate is responsible for coordinating and administering Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management. This role will handle employee records, benefits administration, and payroll tasks, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality across all HR functions.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - Coordinate Human Resource systems, processes, and policies related to employee data management

Job Duty 2 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot system issues and optimize Human Resource systems performance

Job Duty 3 - Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duty 4 - Administer employee records, benefits, and payroll tasks with a focus on accuracy and compliance

Job Duty 5- Support data analysis, reporting, and data visualization to drive Human Resource decision-making

Job Duty 6 - Coordinate with Human Resource teams to ensure smooth execution of workforce administration processes

Job Duty 7 - Implement updates and enhancements to Human Resource systems to improve data management efficiency

Job Duty 8 - Provide user support and training on Human Resource systems and processes

Job Duty 9 - Conduct data audits and quality assurance checks to maintain data integrity

Job Duty 10 - Assist in compliance audits and regulatory reporting related to workforce administration

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High school diploma, GED, or vocational training

Other Required Qualifications
Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements).

No prior relevant work experience required

Proposed Salary

Salary Range: $41,551 to $50,985

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

SKILLS
This job requires spoken and written communications and interpersonal skills; problem solving and multi-tasking. Use of office related computer applications is required. Knowledge unit functions and processes as well as software applications which may be specific to unit operations.
