Role Overview
We are looking for a Director of Partner Marketing who will be a key leader in our growth marketing organization, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive collaborative marketing initiatives with our global channel partners and technology alliances across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions. You will play a pivotal role in building and scaling our partner marketing function globally, establishing strong partner relationships across regions, driving joint marketing campaigns, and ultimately contributing to significant revenue growth and market expansion worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Set the strategic vision and roadmap for global partner marketing, aligning partner strategies across AMER, EMEA, and APAC with company objectives and regional go-to-market priorities
- Lead, develop, and scale the global partner marketing team to drive execution of strategies through our partners worldwide
- Build and mentor a high-performing global organization of leaders and individual contributors, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across all regions
- Direct the development of channel and alliance sales enablement materials for global markets, including playbooks, datasheets, presentations, webinars, and videos in multiple languages; oversee both new content creation and "partnerization" of existing materials
- Serve as a strategic partner with Partner Program Enablement to drive launch plans, positioning and partner-specific content for global deployment Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of integrated joint marketing campaigns and activities with partners across all regions to drive brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth
- Own and optimize global partner marketing development funds (MDF) strategy, allocation, planning, and ROI measurement across regions
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with partners' marketing and business leaders globally to develop strategic marketing plans that align with mutual goals and objectives
- Establish global KPIs and success metrics for partner marketing initiatives; regularly analyze performance across regions, generate insights, and report on program effectiveness to executive leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional and global Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement and other teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and synergy across all partner marketing efforts
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly global partner marketing calendars that connect regional partner strategies and company themes into a clear, measurable, and executable plan
- Define, design, and continuously enhance the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal strategy globally to enable partners with seamless access to sales and marketing collateral across regions
- Manage global partner marketing budget and resource allocation across expansion, engagement, and enablement campaigns in all regions
- Drive continuous innovation in partner marketing tactics, programs, and technologies globally to maintain competitive advantage in all markets
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of Partner Marketing or Channel Marketing experience with B2B SaaS/technology companies, with demonstrated experience managing global programs
- 5+ years of experience as a manager of people, with proven success leading, inspiring, and developing high-performing marketing teams across multiple regions
- Demonstrated expertise developing and executing comprehensive marketing programs and strategies with diverse global partner types across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, including Distributors, MSPs, VARs, SIs, GSIs, Technology Alliances, and Cloud Service Providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and others)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Deep expertise with CRM (Salesforce) and PRM (MindMatrix or similar) systems
- Proven experience with multiple partner marketing motions (to partners, through partners, with partners, and meeting in the channel) across global markets
- Track record of planning and executing successful integrated campaigns including webinars, thought leadership content, PR, events, and digital marketing in multiple regions
- Strong experience managing and optimizing global MDF/co-marketing fund effectiveness and ROI across regions
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation, social media, content management systems, and analytics tools
