The Business Development Manager - Medical Electronics is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the medical electronics market segment. This role leads global growth strategies and works closely with OEMs and EMS partners to deliver customized adhesive solutions for medical device assembly. The position carries a clear objective to drive doubledigit annual growth and significantly expand revenue over the next five years through strategic market development, customer engagement, and technical collaboration. The base salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, including factors such as local cost of living, market conditions, and regional pay practices. Total compensation may also include variable incentives and participation in H.B. Fuller's comprehensive benefits programs, in accordance with company policy. #LI-MM1 Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $136,000 - $158,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible to participate in the Sales Incentive Plan.In addition to your salary, H.B.
