Designer/ Art Director

We're seeking a talented Art Director / Designer to support a major client's social media workstream. This project-based role combines hands-on design with art direction, collaborating with the Creative Director to create high-quality social assets. You'll develop design systems, templates, and brand assets, adapting creative concepts across digital channels while meeting tight deadlines.

The role is remote and flexible, with potential to grow in hours. Candidates should have experience in fast-paced agency environments and thrive managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Design and produce social assets for campaigns, working closely with the Creative Director.
• Develop and maintain design systems, templates, and brand assets.
• Provide hands-on design expertise from concept to final production.
• Adapt creative concepts across digital channels while ensuring consistency and quality.
• Manage multiple projects and feedback efficiently under tight deadlines.

• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and digital design.
• Impeccable attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and PowerPoint; After Effects a plus.
• Collaborative, flexible, and eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
• Proven experience in fast-paced agency settings.
• Availability for a project-based freelance role with potential to expand.
