Come be a part of the exciting and dynamic world of our beauty client as a Supply Chain Associate supporting the Demand Planning function. This role offers hands-on exposure to supply chain operations within the beauty industry and the opportunity to directly support high-impact projects while working closely with cross-functional partners.

The Supply Chain Associate will help execute and support project-based work, as well as ongoing functions that enable demand planning and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional who is comfortable working in systems, building and refreshing reports, and leveraging data to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support demand planning and supply chain projects, either directly or through functions that enable project execution
  • Assist with core supply chain activities including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, and reporting
  • Refresh, maintain, and build Excel-based and system-generated reports to support demand planning and business insights
  • Analyze data across multiple systems to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to supply and demand
  • Partner cross-functionally with planning, operations, and other internal teams to support project timelines and deliverables
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and special projects
  • Demonstrate comfort navigating supply chain systems and proactively "digging into the data" to solve problems


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 2-3 years of supply chain experience, ideally within demand planning or a closely related function
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel proficiency required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis); experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools highly desired
  • Experience refreshing, building, and maintaining reports to support planning and operational decision-making
  • Strong systems aptitude; comfortable navigating and learning new tools and data sources
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Customer-service-oriented mindset with the ability to escalate issues when appropriate
  • Self-motivated, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Flexibility to work and commute between New York and New Jersey
