Your Team, Your Impact

This team is responsible for the development, provisioning, and support of Octeon and Liquid Security solutions. Our core functions include:

Designing and developing software for Octeon and Liquid Security platforms
Managing provisioning processes and system configurations
Overseeing manufacturing operations for Liquid Security products
Providing dedicated customer support and technical assistance

We work collaboratively to deliver secure, reliable solutions while ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle-from development through manufacturing to ongoing customer care.

What You Can Expect

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

  • Debug and troubleshoot customer issues related to Liquid Security and Liquid Crypto products with guidance and support from senior engineers.

  • Analyze, recreate, and investigate customer-reported scenarios in a lab environment to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.

  • Handle a wide range of customer issues daily-from straightforward configurations to complex technical challenges-ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

  • Present technical findings, data analysis, and recommended solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.

Testing & Documentation

  • Design and execute test plans to validate product functionality, performance, and reliability.

  • Conduct experiments in the lab to replicate customer environments and verify proposed fixes.

  • Track, collect, and analyze test data to support troubleshooting efforts and product improvements.

  • Create detailed technical reports and documentation to deliver to clients, explaining your approach, findings, and recommendations.

Manufacturing Support

  • Support Liquid Security and Liquid Crypto manufacturing operations by addressing production-related issues and ensuring product quality.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot hardware, firmware, and software issues on the production line.

  • Assist in validating manufacturing processes and ensuring products meet quality and performance standards before shipment.

  • Participate in root cause analysis for manufacturing defects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, QA, and customer support to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Stay updated on Liquid Security and Liquid Crypto product features, updates, and best practices.

  • Continuously expand technical knowledge and contribute to team knowledge-sharing efforts.

What We're Looking For

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields and at least 1-3 years of related professional experience. OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields with no professional experience.

  • Coursework or hands-on experience in hardware security modules (HSM), cryptographic systems, networking protocols, embedded systems, or manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in programming and scripting languages such as C, Shell Scripting, and Python in a Unix/Linux environment.

  • Familiarity with test plan creation, execution, and documentation for hardware and firmware validation.

  • Experience operating lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other electronic testing tools.

  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows, quality assurance processes, and production line troubleshooting.

Problem-Solving & Communication

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills with the ability to identify root causes in complex systems.

  • Comfortable collecting, analyzing, and presenting technical data in reports and team settings.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support manufacturing operations.

Desired Qualities

  • Curious and self-driven mindset-able to explore and investigate issues without a predefined troubleshooting guide.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

87,220 - 130,600, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
