What We're Looking For:

The Inside Sales Specialist III role will includefinding leads through methods like using in-bound marketing engine, lead qualification, cold calling, and online research, building and maintaining relationships with customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet targets. Key responsibilities also involve understanding customer needs, handling inquiries and objections, and maintaining a CRM database to track sales activities and performance.

What You'll Do:

    Be responsible for managing a personal sales pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work independently to identify and qualify new leads through outbound outreach and inbound follow-up.
  • Drive lead conversion and customer engagement through tailored product presentations and solution-based selling.
  • Recognize issues pertaining to lead quality or sales process efficiency and propose solutions to improve outcomes.
  • Analyze data and use it to make routine decisions related to prospect prioritization, outreach timing, and messaging.
  • Demonstrate a depth of knowledge in company products, services, and customer needs to effectively position solutions.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales operations to align on campaign follow-up, lead handoffs, and CRM accuracy.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred OR equivalent relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in inside sales or business development
  • Strong skills in prospecting, objection handling, and delivering product demos
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce) and sales tools
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently present products, deliverables, analyses, and/or issues
  • Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to understand a situation or problem and think critically to make decisions or come up with solutions
  • Be comfortable managing upward, including being a proactive communicator and asking for help when needed
  • Have confidence and be able to establish valuable relationships with others
  • Must be able to prioritize key tasks and have a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • Be active in seeking out ways to continuously improve yourself and gain new knowledge

We'll also need you to:

  • Be able to work in the office at least 3 or more days a week to foster collaboration with the team and stakeholders
  • Be available for global work hours when needed
  • Be able to travel up to 10%
Work Environment:

This position primarily works in an office setting and is largely sedentary with the majority of the position working with a computer. The role typically requires the use of basic office equipment such as a phone, video, computer, keyboard, mouse, and printer.
