Job Title: Technology Management Lead-NetDevOps

Corporate Title: Vice President

Location: Cary, US

Overview

Under the direction of Service Owner, VP will work as a lead and will be responsible for automating deployment processes and governance of automated infrastructure solutions across our global technology landscape. The role will require strong leadership skills to guide teams in building scalable, secure and resilient infrastructure. The individual should not only be technically sound but also passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and driving meaningful change.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible
  • Identify opportunities for automation in deployment processes to reduce manual intervention and speed up release cycles
  • Develop team capabilities to enable teams to work on Infrastructure as Code methodologies and tools
  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to establish the best practices for code management and version control
  • Ensure completeness of documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures
  • Manage and optimize resource inventory to minimize costs while meeting performance requirementsand support project managers and the regional product leads in project planning, tracking, and reporting

Skills You'll Need

  • Proven experience with working in a corporate global network environment, ideally with financial institutions
  • Understanding of networking protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, STP, VXLAN, etc.)
  • Experience with hardware from Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Fortinet or equivalent
  • Certified technical engineer (typically Cisco CCNA or comparable)
  • Experience in managing teams

Skills That Will Help You Excel

  • Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages like YAML, JSON, or Python
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Proficiency in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, GCP and in platforms like Github
  • Experience in agile or DevOps-oriented environments
  • Experience of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model. This role requires work on most Friday nights and Saturday's.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $125,000 to $222,500. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
