Key Responsibilities Enterprise Platform Product Ownership Own the product vision and roadmap for enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HCM, and other core systems) Partner with business leaders to define platform outcomes, not just feature requests Balance platform stability, enhancements, and long-term scalability Ensure platform initiatives align to enterprise strategy Analytics & Enablement Extension Own the analytics and data enablement strategy for enterprise platforms Own the analytics and data platforms and systems. Ensure platform data is accessible, reliable, and consumable for reporting and analytics Partner with Data, Engineering, and Operations to enable trusted metrics and insights Drive standardization of platform data models and reporting experiences Stakeholder Alignment & Enablement Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technology teams Facilitate prioritization, tradeoffs, and sequencing of work Set clear expectations on scope, timelines, and outcomes Drive adoption and effective use of enterprise platforms and analytics Execution & Delivery Alignment Work closely with Technology Operations and Engineering to ensure work is well-defined and sequenced Identify dependencies, risks, and constraints early Ensure delivery plans are outcome-driven and measurable Maintain transparent roadmaps and consistent communication rhythms Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes through platform enhancements or automation Improve how enterprise data is used to support operational and strategic decisions Continuously refine product intake, prioritization, and feedback loops What Success Looks Like Enterprise platforms are stable, trusted, and aligned to business outcomes Modern data platforms stable Business teams understand what is being delivered and why Platform data is reliable and actively used for decision-making Reduced manual work and fewer workarounds across the organization Clear, predictable roadmaps for platform and analytics initiatives Strong, effective partnerships across Technology and the business Skills & Experience Deep experience in Technical Product Management or Product Ownership Experience working with enterprise platforms (ERP, HCM, or similar) Deep experience in data, analytics and reporting platforms Strong understanding of data, analytics, and reporting ecosystems Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical outcomes Comfortable working across Engineering, Operations, and Data teams Strong communication, facilitation, and prioritization skills Outcome-focused mindset with a bias toward clarity and execution Growth Path Enterprise Enablement, Platforms & Analytics TPM Senior Technical Product Manager Lead / Principal TPM Director of Technical Product Management or broader Technology Leadership Internal Role Clarifier (Critical) *This role is accountable for what* and why.
