Job Description: Supervise the Client Accounting Administrator billing team and oversee the process of preparing client invoices in an accurate and timely manner, while ensuring proper execution of service lawyer instructions, and facilitate a smooth billing process for internal and external clients. Provide project support to the Billing Manager. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. Ability to effectively train, apply good judgement, and provide direction to employees. Perform well under the pressures of heavy volumes and requests and execute assignments with virtually no direction. Must possess strong supervisory skills, as well as the ability to lead a large group of skilled individuals on a day-to-day basis. Ability to accurately type 40-wpm and use a ten key by touch. Working knowledge of MS Office applications, specifically Excel and Word. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Financial/Accounting experience, or equivalent. Three to five years of successful supervisory experience in Professional services required. Knowledge of electronic billing and Elite 3e strongly preferred.
