What You Do. Recruitment Support Support recruitment process for assigned positions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partners with Recruiters to deliver an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Schedule calendar appointments for interviews.
- Coordinate candidate travel, flights, hotel, rental car as needed.
- With guidance from Recruiters, may assist with applicant review and conduct basic candidate screen to confirm qualifications and share additional position details.
- With guidance from Recruiters, may assist with sourcing to create an applicant pool.
- With guidance from Recruiters, may assist with scheduling hiring manager phone screen.
- With guidance from TA Manager, may assist with recruiting efforts for seasonal staffing.
- Initiate & monitor required pre-employment screenings.
- With guidance from HRBP/EEM, assist with temporary staffing needs for corporate temporary positions working with staffing agencies to fill vacant roles
Administrative Support Ensure recruitment literature materials are accurate and in stock.
- Prepare interview benefits packets.
- Work with company store to create interview gift boxes.
- With guidance from TA Manager, schedule TA team meetings, trainings, and visitors to include lunch orders, room set up, equipment needs.
- Create PR/PO for TA Invoices
As assigned, perform other duties or special projects necessary to support overall responsibilities of Human Resources Department as time allows. Maintain professional demeanor in fast paced environment. Maintain complete and steadfast confidentiality in all matters regarding compensation and other appropriate human resource issues.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Your Education and Experience.
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school required with a minimum of two years of human resources or professional office experience required or a HS diploma or equivalent required with a minimum of 5 years of HR or professional office administrative experience required.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization required.
- Must be self-motivated with ability to organize and prioritize work and change focus as needed.
- Strong telephone skills required.
- Ability to maintain complete and steadfast confidentiality in all matters regarding compensation and other appropriate Human Resource issues.
- Must be able to travel to our other facilities.
Computer Skills: Strong computer skills are necessary for this position. Word processing, Internet, Power Point, Excel, and e-mail required. ATS and SAP preferred.
