Business Change Manager ASML US brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world's leading chipmakers - to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Chandler, Arizona, San Jose and San Diego, California, Wilton, Connecticut, and Hillsboro, Oregon. The Wilton Business Change Manager (BCM) is responsible for leading the people side of change for ASML's most strategic and impactful factory initiatives relating to business processes and IT improvements within the Wilton Factory. As part of the Operational Excellence (OE) organization you will partner closely with project leaders, subject-matter experts, IT and functional teams to ensure changes are understood, optimized, adopted and sustained. The BCM also drives factory-wide maturity of organizational change management, embedding relevant skills and knowledge within the organization. Role and responsibilities In alignment with ASML's organizational change management methodology, the Business Change Manager is responsible for leading the peopleside of change for strategic improvement initiatives within Wilton Factory.
