Business Systems Analyst / Top Secret with SCI

Peraton is seeking a talented Business Analyst to provide proven, industry leading cloud development experience to our law enforcement customer in order to solve their big data challenges.

In this role, you will:

Provide services to support Business Analysis and may consist of but are not limited to the following activities supporting products on multiple enclaves:
• • Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
  • Document detailed specifications and workflows, providing clear guidance to development teams and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Manage, respond to, and prioritize user tickets, collaborating with developers and leadership to ensure timely resolution of key issues.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog by working with developers and stakeholders to ensure that the most valuable features are clearly defined and addressed in each sprint.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years with BS/BA; 4+ years with AS/AA; 6+ years without the degree.
• Experience performing systems analysis activities on production enterprise applications.
• Experience negotiating with stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Experience documenting requirements from stakeholders and users.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Experience competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain a polygraph.
