Summary
Provides lessons in line both group and private as well as serving as a lifeguard. Monitor recreational areas, such as pools to provide assistance and protection to participants.

Essential Functions
-Oversee the Aquatic area for 3 Aquatic pools and Hot Tub area.

-Informs the Aquatic Program Manger when supplies are needed or equipment needs repair or replacement.

-Assist Swim Instructors with equipment or issues on deck.

-Ensure participants meet course completion requirements.

-Organize the class environment to ensure individual success.

-Make sure all swim aids and accessories are put away at completion of your shift.

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required

Licenses and Credentials
Certified Basic Swim Instructor [C-BSI] - Data Conversion - Various Issuers required Heartsaver CPR AED [CPR] - American Heart Association (AHA) required Lifeguarding [ARC] - American Red Cross required
Experience
Previous Lifeguard or Swim Instructor experience 1-2 years required
