A fast-growing pharmaceutical distribution operation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead - 2nd Shift to guide picking and packing teams in a highly regulated, accuracy-driven environment. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in warehouse operations, understands compliance standards, and knows how to motivate teams to perform at their best.

Hours & Pay



  • Schedule:

    • Monday: 2:00 PM-12:00 AM (or until shift completion)
    • Tuesday-Friday: 4:00 PM-12:00 AM (or until shift completion)
    • Some Saturday work is required


  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
  • Shift: 2nd Shift



About the Role

This Warehouse Lead position supports both Picking and Packing operations, ensuring pharmaceutical products are selected, packed, and processed accurately while meeting productivity goals and strict regulatory standards. The role plays a critical part in daily workflow coordination, team oversight, and quality assurance within a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Daily Responsibilities



  • Lead and support picking and packing teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes for pharmaceutical products
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, DEA, and internal company policies
  • Coordinate daily workflow, staffing, and task assignments
  • Monitor productivity, accuracy, and safety standards on the warehouse floor
  • Support quality control initiatives and address issues in real time
  • Assist with recruiting efforts and onboarding support as needed
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet performance expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational records
  • Communicate effectively with leadership regarding shift performance and needs



Requirements



  • 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Lead or Supervisor + staffing experience
  • Previous recruiting or hiring support experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to lead teams in a regulated warehouse environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain active throughout each shift and lift 50 pounds
  • Resume required
