About the Role We are growing fast and need a technician who can jump in and keep our operation running at peak performance. You'll work directly with laser cutting equipment, CMM machines, welding systems, and facility infrastructure. This is a high-impact role where your expertise directly reduces downtime and improves production flow. What You'll Do Take ownership of troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain and support laser machines, welding systems, and CMM inspection equipment. Execute preventive maintenance with urgency and accuracy to prevent unplanned downtime. Ensure work is performed safely and in full compliance with OSHA and LOTO requirements. What You Bring 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (fabrication experience is a strong plus). Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills - you know how to get equipment back online fast. Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting where reliability matters. Physical Demands Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tight spaces. Exposure to heat, noise, welding operations, and moving machinery.
