Fuel your passion The Quality Specialist - QC Engineering plays a pivotal role in validating product integrity, ensuring compliance with specifications, and supporting execution of quality processes across the manufacturing lifecycle. This position provides technical oversight, performs and defines testing requirements such as NDT and SPC, and ensures alignment with contractual, regulatory, and engineering standards. By driving rigorous verification and contributing to process improvements, the specialist helps strengthen quality performance, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction. As a Quality Specialist - QC Engineering, you will be responsible for: * Performing required tests-including Nondestructive Testing (NDT)-and defining quality control requirements such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) to validate product compliance. * Ensuring manufactured or procured products meet all specified standards before release to the next phase of production or customer delivery. * Providing QC setup and support during tendering and execution phases of Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) activities. * Overseeing fulfillment of contractual and regulatory quality requirements to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. * Supporting communication and coordination with internal teams regarding quality control services and requirements. * Capturing lessons learned to support continuous improvement and enhance execution processes. * Contributing to team and project objectives, typically completing work goals within 1-3 months with results visible within 1-2 months. * Proposing improvements to methods, processes, and procedures within the QC engineering function. To be successful in this role you will: * Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Quality. * Have strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams. * Demonstrate strong problemsolving capabilities and the ability to work independently. * Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a commitment to quality excellence.
