Overview Are you interested in working on large scale cloud service platforms built on Kubernetes where your customers are a large and diverse set of Microsoft 365 product teams, running some of the largest workloads in Microsoft? As an experienced and SeniorProduct Manager, you will drive strategy and roadmap for Kubernetes based infrastructure platform, with a focus on enabling Linux workloads and partnering closely with engineering teams to build and deliver world class software systems at scale. Responsibilities Driving growth strategy and roadmap for the product. Evangelizing the product to new customers across Microsoft. Working with diverse stakeholders to clarify product requirements, including platform owners, a diverse set of customer engineering teams, and compliance auditors. Working with Microsoft 365 and Azure teams to drive new features and ensuring business continuity for all customers on this platform. Managing the backlog and priority for your feature areas, ensuring features land on time, and with high quality. Delivering an enterprise grade platform to the customers, across various clouds following GTM strategies. Establish a network of partnerships with technical leaders across the company. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 2+ years of familiarity with Kubernetes or Containers. 2+ years of experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 4+ years of experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). Excellent communicator who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity, with innate curiosity Collaborative, action-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical ability Technical depth and able to build vision and roadmap for complex areas #M365Core Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
