Here's what you'd do:

• The resource will design, develop, configure, and maintain robust integrations between ServiceNow and a variety of enterprise systems (Jira, SAP, various cloud platforms, and custom applications).
• This role needs in-depth technical expertise in ServiceNow integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data transformation.

Pay: $71.42 / hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing integrations using ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Server, Scripted REST/SOAP APIs.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform (implementation, scripting, and administration).

• Ability to collaborate closely with business analysts, solution architects, and external vendors to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance data flows that support business processes.
• Good JavaScript (including Glide APIs) and server-side scripting.
• Proficiency with REST, SOAP, OData, GraphQL, JDBC, and other web service standards.
• Familiarity with data formats: JSON, XML, CSV, YAML.
• Knowledge of authentication protocols: OAuth 2.0, SAML, Basic Auth, Mutual TLS.
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, CMDB).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist - IntegrationHub (or equivalent).
• Additional certifications (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Azure, AWS).
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communicator.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and documentation.
• Prior experience deploying the Jira Spoke and REST spokes for integrations with other cloud and on-prem platforms
• Prior work on large-scale enterprise integrations (SAP Focused Build, SAP Charm, Zephyr).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in an Agile Delivery framework.
