Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Orlando, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• As the Mechanical Systems Engineering Tech, you will be responsible for supporting the Mechanical Systems team with reviewing and approving spare part drawings and parts lists, including interfacing with suppliers and procurement team members.
• You will also assist in creating technical specifications, perform document control, and define instructions for 3D modeling to drafters.
• Review of supplier submittals (primarily related to spare parts).
• Help with updating technical specifications.
• Creating and follow-up of D-Specs (3D model instructions) in drafting.
• Reviewing internal and external documentation.
• Assist the Mechanical Systems Engineer with overflow tasks as requested.
• Support the Mechanical Systems Department with general department needs.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $30.00/Hour.
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1st Shift. 8am-5pm.
• Length: Temp (7 Months with potential to convert to full-time)

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in mechanical systems engineering

• Capability to handle cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work as part of a large global engineering team collaboratively.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form and to interface within a wide range of organizations, both internally and externally.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with NX, Creo, and AutoCAD (3D and 2D modeling tools) helpful.
